December 19, 2017 We had a meeting with Friedrich von Petersdorff - a descendant of the Schlüsser family, nine members of which studied at K.May school. Frederick visited for the first time the memorial places of St. Petersburg related to the family of Schlüsser - Smolenskoe Lutheran cemetery, place of residence of Schlüsser on Vasilievsky island and the building of the gymnasium of K. May. Friedrich presented to the Museum a copy of the facsimile edition of the thesis of William Schlüsser, grandfather and great-grandfather of pupils of our school, told us about the genealogy and the history of his branch of the family, and received from us copies of archival documents of the Schlüsser family.
